The details we usually need before your event.
Space needed
A VR Arena zone needs roughly 7m x 10m of open, flat floor per zone. Smaller activations can work in tighter spaces - tell us what you have and we will confirm what fits.
What we need on-site
Access to power outlets and a stable internet connection, plus reasonable load-in access (stairs, lifts, doorways). We go through all of this with you before the event.
Good to know
Please let us know in advance about any allergies, access requirements or anything else relevant, so we can take it into account when we set up.

HOW THIS WORKS
- Pick the tier (Package dropdown) that matches the brochure setup - Brand Activation / Arena 1-3 Zones / Custom. Leave its price at 0.
- Add the real "from EUR X" number as a Custom line item, type One-off, e.g. name "VR Arena - 2 Zones setup fee", price 5500.
- Anything from the Add-ons list the customer is interested in, set to "Customer can request" or "We arrange it" as appropriate.
- Click Copy customer link (or Copy Zendesk reply for a full email) and paste it into Zendesk.
- To change a quote later, paste its link into Load an existing quote at the bottom.
