DPG Media Event

DPG Media hosted their summer team event with us, turning VR GameHouse into their own branded festival space. With 200 guests in attendance, the full venue was transformed into a custom summer party experience, complete with themed decorations, extended outdoor areas, and multiple VR Zones to keep the fun going.

We provided the full package: exclusive venue rental, setup and flow coordination, catering services, and a live DJ to keep the energy up all day and into the night. Our team managed multiple VR zones, arcade areas, and outdoor lounge spaces to ensure every guest could explore, relax, or party at their own pace. The result? A seamless, fully branded experience that delivered both connection and celebration, exactly what a summer party should be.
