About the Event

Imere hosted their summer team event at VR GameHouse with one goal in mind: making the most of everything we had to offer. With exclusive access to the full venue, 100 guests explored five unique VR zones, played through racing experiences and action-packed minigames, and took over the arcade for some laid-back fun. Between sessions, guests enjoyed a full catering spread and recharged in the lounge or outdoor terrace, all while the DJ kept the summer vibe alive outside.

Setup & Experience

This private event was fully managed by our team, from organizing the VR program and entertainment flow to coordinating catering and overall logistics. We set up a system that allowed all guests to rotate smoothly between zones without crowding or long waits. The mix of fast-paced games, relaxed social spaces, and great food made it a perfect blend of team bonding and celebration.
