For this two-day corporate congress in Faro, Portugal, the client wanted to offer a fresh kind of entertainment between meetings, something interactive, engaging, and perfect for team building. Our team set up two full-size VR play zones for free-roaming group experiences and mini-games, letting colleagues move, play, and collaborate in a totally new way.
We also added high-impact solo setups like the famous VR plank and flying simulation, creating unforgettable moments (and lots of laughs) throughout the day.

The VR entertainment was fully hosted by our team, from transporting and setting up the equipment to managing the entire flow of the experience. We made sure every participant had the chance to join in, coordinating time slots and rotations across both play zones. Scores were tracked throughout the sessions, adding a competitive twist to the experience. At the end of the day, a winning team was crowned and fun prizes were handed out, making it not only entertaining but also memorable for everyone involved.
