Fresh energy between meetings
For a two-day corporate congress in Faro, Portugal, the client wanted a fresh kind of entertainment between meetings: interactive, engaging and perfect for team building.
We set up two full-size VR play zones for free-roam group experiences and mini-games, letting colleagues move, play and collaborate in a totally new way. High-impact solo setups like the VR plank and a flying simulation added unforgettable moments (and lots of laughs).
Hosted from setup to prize-giving
The VR entertainment was fully hosted by our team, from transporting and setting up the equipment to running the entire experience. We coordinated time slots and rotations across both zones so every participant could join in.
Scores were tracked throughout the sessions for a competitive twist. At the end of the day, a winning team was crowned and prizes were handed out.
