The VRGH VIP Membership is a free loyalty programme run by VR GameHouse, Gyroscoopweg 102, 1042 AX Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

These VIP Membership Terms apply in addition to the general VR GameHouse Terms & Conditions. Every booking, including bookings made with a VIP discount, is also subject to those Terms & Conditions.

If these VIP Membership Terms and the general Terms & Conditions conflict on a membership matter, these VIP Membership Terms apply.

Members must be at least 16 years old. By signing up, you confirm that you are 16 or older.

Each person can hold one membership. A membership is personal and cannot be transferred, shared, or sold.

You must sign up with your own name, a valid email address, and a mobile number you can receive WhatsApp messages on.

VR GameHouse may ask you to confirm your age or identity, and may refuse a sign-up that does not meet these terms.

The number of VIP memberships is limited. VR GameHouse decides how many spots are available and may change this number at any time.

When all spots are taken, new sign-ups are placed on a waitlist in the order they were received. When a spot opens, the next person on the waitlist is invited by email.

Signing up does not guarantee a membership. Your membership starts when VR GameHouse confirms it by email.

VIP members may receive last-minute deals, invitations to invite-only events, and other surprises from VR GameHouse.

Which benefits are offered, and when, is decided by VR GameHouse. Benefits depend on availability, may differ between members, and may change over time. Members are not entitled to any specific benefit.

Invite-only events have limited capacity. Unless stated otherwise, places are given on a first come, first served basis.

Each deal or invitation may come with its own conditions, such as dates, times, or a minimum number of players. Those conditions are shown with the offer.

New members receive a one-time welcome gift of 30% off their next booking. The personal discount code is sent by email once the membership is confirmed.

The code is valid for 3 months from the date it is sent. Codes that are not used in time expire and are not reissued.

The code can be used for one booking at the VR GameHouse venue in Amsterdam. It does not apply to gift cards, on-location events, or bookings that are already paid.

The code cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or vouchers, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money or store credit.

If a booking made with the code is cancelled or rescheduled, the general Terms & Conditions apply. The discount itself is not refunded or converted into store credit.

To stay a VIP member, you need to make at least one booking every 12 months. The 12 months count from the start of your membership, and restart after each visit.

A booking counts when it is made in your name, using the email address or phone number linked to your membership, and the visit has taken place.

About one month before the 12 months are up, VR GameHouse will send you a reminder by email or WhatsApp.

If no booking has taken place by the end of the 12 months, your membership ends, any unused member benefits expire, and your spot may be offered to someone on the waitlist.

Former members are welcome to sign up again. They join the waitlist like any new sign-up.

VIP benefits are shared by email and WhatsApp. By signing up, you agree to receive VIP deals, invitations, and news from VR GameHouse through these channels.

You can unsubscribe from either channel at any time, using the unsubscribe link in an email or by replying STOP on WhatsApp.

If you unsubscribe from both email and WhatsApp, VR GameHouse can no longer send you member benefits, and your membership ends.

Please keep your contact details up to date. VR GameHouse is not responsible for benefits or reminders you miss because your details are incorrect.

Discount codes and invitations are personal. They may not be shared publicly, sold, or used by anyone other than the member, unless the offer says otherwise.

Signing up with false details, creating more than one membership, or misusing codes or invitations is not allowed.

In case of misuse, or a serious breach of the general Terms & Conditions (for example, the rules on behaviour at the venue), VR GameHouse may cancel codes, suspend benefits, or end the membership straight away.

You can end your membership at any time by emailing booking@vrgamehouse.nl or by unsubscribing from both email and WhatsApp.

When a membership ends, for any reason, all unused codes and benefits expire. This does not affect bookings that were already confirmed.

For the VIP Membership, VR GameHouse processes your first name, email address, mobile number, sign-up date, and booking history.

This data is used to run the membership: to confirm your spot, send your welcome gift and member benefits, track whether your membership is active, and send reminders.

Your data is processed in line with the General Data Protection Regulation and the VR GameHouse Privacy Policy. It is not sold to third parties.

When your membership ends, your membership data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable time, unless VR GameHouse is required by law to keep it longer.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact booking@vrgamehouse.nl to make a request.

VR GameHouse may change the VIP benefits, these VIP Membership Terms, or the number of available spots, and may end the programme.

Members are informed of important changes by email. If you stay a member after a change takes effect, the new terms apply to you.

If the programme ends, unexpired welcome codes remain valid until their expiry date.

The VIP Membership is a free programme. VR GameHouse is not liable for offers that sell out or are unavailable, or for messages that are delayed or not delivered because of technical issues outside its control, unless the law requires otherwise.

The liability rules in the general Terms & Conditions also apply.

These VIP Membership Terms are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes are handled by the competent court in Amsterdam, unless the law requires otherwise.
