Assistant Floor Manager – VR GameHouse Amsterdam

Can you keep a team motivated, maintain high service standards, and make sure everything runs smoothly, even during the busiest moments?At VR GameHouse, we are looking for a hands-on and energetic Assistant Floor Manager to help lead the daily operations of our immersive VR entertainment venue in Amsterdam.
This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys hospitality, events, entertainment, and creating experiences people genuinely talk about afterwards. From corporate team buildings and birthday parties to large group events, you will help create the atmosphere and service quality that define VR GameHouse.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support the VR Host team during shifts
• Ensure guests receive an amazing and welcoming experience
• Coordinate events, bookings, and daily operations
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism
• Solve problems quickly and proactively
• Help create a positive atmosphere for both guests and staff
• Keep the venue organized, energetic, and running smoothly

Who We’re Looking For

• Someone with experience in hospitality, events, entertainment, or venue operations
• A natural people person with strong communication skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and highly responsible
• Someone who stays calm under pressure and enjoys taking ownership
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Living in Amsterdam or nearby area
• Fluent in English & Dutch
